Abstract :
In this paper we investigate the impact of the algorithm of intellectual vertical handover proposed by our team earlier. In this paper we have improved the algorithm of handover functioning using fuzzy logic based on cloud computing platform and core network for 5g services. To ensure the ABC (Always best connected) demands, intellectual vertical handover decision strategies have been proposed in the paper using advanced tools and concepts.
