Abstract :
In this paper we have proposed the model of load balancing in a mobile network in order to decrease the coefficient of sector utilization. This method allows increasing the availability of the mobile network resources using forced radio resource redistribution. The mathematical model for evaluation of the volume of extra load that occurs under repetitive calls under the conditions local overload of a cellular network. This method allows prognosticating the extra load on the channels and increasing network operational efficiency.
