Microstructure instruments applications for estimating turbulent mixing

There are rigid requirements to design microstructure probes for their successful application in every possible environment. Microstructure instruments "Baklan" and "Grif" designed by Atlantic Branch of P.P. Shirshov Institute of Oceanology, RAS (ABIORAS) showed good serviceability and an opportunity of turbulent parameters measuring. There are improvements of "Baklan" and "Grif" profilers, which retain them to be state-of-the-art instrumentation.
