Abstract :
In this article issues related to the diagnostics of permanent magnet synchronous machines have been presented. Methods of vibration diagnostics and main winding insulation diagnostic have been presented. Vibrations detection method is based on measurement of voltage generated during vibration of the machine. The results of computer simulations and laboratory measurements have been presented.
