  • Abstract
    In this paper, the high dynamic range and all-focus image is generated from light field. In the proposed high dynamic range light field, each light instead of an image point owns high dynamic range, and the light location and direction information is also preserved. Based on the fifth dimension information, exposure time, the response curve of light field is calibrated, and the real intensity level of the light field is expressed. After establishing the relationship between the standard light field and the pixel light field, all-focus image is generated with ray-trace method. It can accurately operate each light in light field, without losing any pixel information. In the experiment, the high dynamic range light field is compared with the common light field. The proposed method has high dynamic and the dark area or high light area are refocused.
