Abstract
Crowdsourcing is widely used in mobile network quality data collection since it can derive huge amounts of data. Although the results of crowdsourcing measurement strongly depend on the monitor user population, requirements for monitor users in crowdsourcing measurement have not been fully considered. For this study, we analyzed the relationship between user attributes and measured QoE through crowdsourcing measurement. We also discuss the effect of user contexts on QoE, which differs from that of network performance.
