Abstract :
Insilico exploration has been carried out on carboxyl functionalized eugenol to explore it´s activity towards preventing the interaction of MSL.N with MUC16 to evade further metastasis and increased cell motility in PC. The carboxyl functionalized eugenol was tailored and explored on the basis of HOMO-LL´MO analysis using OKI´, docking study and ADME analysis.
