Multi-agent planning with joint actions

We consider multi-agent planning problems that cannot be solved by single agents. In some situations, an action should be performed by more than one agent to get the desired effect. In this paper, we discuss the planning problems that involve joint actions and present the possible specifications of joint action. We propose a centralized multi-agent planning system to handle joint actions. Experimental results obtained are satisfactory.
