Study on evaluation methods for emergency management wargaming system

Wargaming system is an effective method for emergency management. The evaluation methods are the important parts of the system. First, the essential features and principles of wargaming system are explained. Then, the evaluation methods of wargaming system are analyzed, and four main types of evaluation methods are described in detail, such as the movement type, position type, effect type and impression type. The evaluation index and their scoring functions are proposed. At last, an example was given to show the evaluation process. As a result, the wargaming system can make reasonable evaluation of the emergency management process.
