Abstract :
As the great enhancement of integration level and work frequency of high frequency digital signal Circuit, the distributed parameter and stray parameter of stand-alone devices is more and more important. The imperfect characteristics of component and the inherent characteristics of all semiconductor materials determine that the temperature plays an important role on the performance of frequency digital signal circuit. Therefore, this project study the effect of the temperature changing, including outside temperature and components temperature, to EMC characteristics of high frequency digital signal Circuit.
