Abstract :
In wireless communication systems like mobile or satellite network a specified band is allotted. Each network has its own allotted spectrum for safe and secure communication. Transferring secure data and receiving it is important and difficult task. Secure transmission of data needs to hide the message signals. Such security to message signal is provided by adding a random noise sequences to it, i.e. Pseudo noise sequences. These PN sequences after adding in message signal will look like Noise which is difficult to decode and also increases the signal bandwidth to utilize the whole spectrum. Generation of PN sequence using multiplier is done in this paper. The designing of multiplier is done using two methods the basic conventional method and other is Vedic multiplier. The conventional Add & Shift multiplier is designed and simulated. Another method of multiplication is Vedic multiplier using ancient Vedic sutras. The designed architecture is done by Uradhava triyakbhyam sutra. The PN sequence is generated using both multiplier methods. Output of the multiplier is encoded message signal in that PN sequence is added and transmitted. The comparative analysis of Vedic multiplier over conventional Add & Shift is done. Vedic multiplier shows efficient results over Add & shift multiplier.
