Abstract :
As some problems existed in the college teaching quality evaluation, a research method is proposed. At first, a set of index system suitable for college teaching quality evaluation is constructed. Then, the method of triangle intuitionistic fuzzy numbers of multiple attribute group decision-making, improved TOSIS method and gray correlation theory are introduced to college teaching quality evaluation. In addition, the consensus problem of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers expert group evaluation level is discussed. At the same time, two adjustment methods of the problem of expert group non-consensus are presented. Finally, method of intuition triangular fuzzy number group fuzzy gathering based on group consensus is proposed. The process of college teaching assessment is analyzed by an example.
