Abstract :
The quantification of certain proteins plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases. We propose to develop a methodology based on Nanotechnology to quantify the levels of the proteins/enzymes which are over expressed from the blood samples in patients. Since VEGF plays a key role in Tuberculosis and Carcinoma, in this paper, the results of the interaction of protein biomarker VEGF with different ligands using AutoDock and also a brief about Nanotechnology method to quantify the protein is presented.
