The application of Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the recruitment of kindergarten teachers

This paper presents a systematic discussion on the recruitment of kindergarten teachers through Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Then, the proportion of all the factor are obtained though Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, which provides a reliable theoretical basis to how to improve grain production. We illustrate the specific application process of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principle through a recruitment campaign.
