Abstract :
For the purpose of engineering development for failure insert testing, a HiL model for automatic transmission was established and key boards of dSPACE system which contributed testing were set up. Aimed to simulate solenoid and sensor failure insert testing, the testing theory and method were introduced. Testing results showed that failure insert testing method can be used for solenoid and sensor failures simulation which can obviously speed up development process and avoid any hardware damage risks for TCU and corresponding electrical elements.
