Abstract
Cognitive systems are important classes of intelligent information systems, which may support different tasks within intelligent company management activities. Such systems may play an important role in evaluation of current and future enterprise conditions, thanks to the evaluation of semantic meaning about different local and global parameters connected with particular company or enterprise. This paper will present a comparative evaluation of different classes of cognitive information systems, useful for supporting various decision making as well as management tasks. In particular the efficiency of such systems will be evaluated and compared, but also new areas of application will be described.
