Abstract :
This study investigates the relationship between social networks of seasoned equity offerings (SEOs) and the subscription fads of SEOs. The purpose of this study is to identify the following association. The strong connections between SEOs firms and underwriters have more information than others. But the SEOs firms with strong connections have not better long term performance than the others.
