General Construction for the Resources Information Library of Shaanxi Folk Culture and Art

This paper investigates the establishment philosophy of folk art database to protect Shaanxi folk art. Through researching on the art database contents and creation methods, some fundamental work about the database construction has been accomplished based on the selection of software development platform, overall architecture of the database system and database foundation and software design aspects. To a certain extent, this promotes the protection and development of the Shaanxi folk art. Based on this construction of this database, the cultural resource advantages can be exerted better, the Shaanxi cultural brand can be built, the regional economy will be flourished, and the economics and society will be developed comprehensively.
