Abstract :
Interest in miniaturized wireless sensor nodes has been growing rapidly over past years. These microsystems have unlimited potential applications, particularly in the sensing area. However, limited battery capacity and energy sources due to very small form factor leads to many design challenges. This paper highlights recent low power circuit techniques for miniaturized systems and demonstrates implementation of a millimeter-scale ultra-low power sensor node.
