Abstract :
An iterative algorithm of the D-optimal experiment design and the parameter estimation for the dynamical systems is proposed in this paper. A brief review of the relation between design of experiment and the identified parameter is firstly shown and a receding horizon optimal control formulation is applied to real-time D-optimization problem. A practical implementation for an exhaust gas recirculation system simulator is illustrated to confirm that the proposed method can achieve high D-optimality.
