Abstract :
With the development of digital substation technology and the popularity of large power grid, the information interaction between substations becomes closer than the process in the past. The problem of relay protection among substations is highlighted. To address these situations, this paper proposes the concept of mapping tool set, and takes it as a core of protocol conversion. We introduce a kind of abstract communication service interface software design scheme. The method based on the interface function processing framework has applied to complete the ACSI. We also propose the principle and interaction process of permissive out-of-range pilot distance protection. The interaction of configuration information between substations which includes distance protection function is put forward. The proposed interaction and configuration scheme has the potential to be utilized in planning, operation, and interaction of electricity infrastructures.
