Abstract :
In view of China´s national conditions, this paper put forward a novel strategy for the maximization of renewable energy consumption, with collaborative controlling between the transmission network and the distribution network. This strategy took the local distribution network as a flexible and adjustable electric source, which played an active role in the consumption activity of the large-scale renewable energy in the transmission network. As a result, the quantity of unnecessary abandoned electricity from wind generation and PV generation would be reduced, which could do a great contribution to the increase of grid-connection volume of renewable generation, while the operating efficiency of the distribution network would also be improved. Numerical results have demonstrated the validity and effectiveness of the proposed model and method.
