Abstract :
Ship power system is a power base of modern ships. Furthermore, improving its reliability is the premise to ensure safe navigation of ship. Traditional Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is widely applied in the risk assessment of ship power system. But it has drawbacks in terms of large calculated amount and low calculation precision. In this paper, an Improved Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (IFAHP) is proposed, which substitutes reciprocal judgment matrix with fuzzy consistency judgment matrix and combines the row vectors sum uniformization method with the eigenvector method. The calculation examples show that IFAHP form is simple, accurate and can effectively identify the key factors which crash the ship power system. This method improves the calculation speed and accuracy, providing a scientific basis for safety management of ship power system.
