Abstract :
A fuzzy predictive control method for the cement system is presented concerned with the problem of the modeling mismatch, when we make the linear discrete in the local point. Firstly, we change the model form of the cement system into the error form which can be analyzed easily. Then, a fuzzy logical system is used to design the predictive controller directly, the controller parameters and unknown vectors in the estimation of the generalized error are adjusted adaptive. Finally, it is proved that the proposed method is feasible and can make the estimation of the generalized error converge to a small neighborhood of the origin by the stability analysis. The simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.
