Abstract :
According to the problems exited in the coordinated control system for primary frequency regulation and AGC, the optimal solution for a 600MW ultra-supercritical coal fired units is proposed in details. It has been proved by experiments to improve the stability of the grid, reduce the grid frequency fluctuations, and enhance the ability of the grid to against accidents, which should be widely used.
