  • Abstract
This article developed the injection system of the-propelled liquid fertilizer machine to complete six fertilizer injection wheels working together. The injection system is mainly to keep liquid fertilizer distributing continuously and uniformly. It is the key to ensure the high efficiency and precise of the self-propelled liquid fertilizer machine. After introduction to the composition and function of the injection system, the test-bed to monitor flux has been developed. In order to study the flux and the flux uniformity, this test selected revolution fertilizer outlet diameter and system pressure as three experimental factors. Test results showed that the liquid fertilizer injection system, which is used in the machine, is reliable. It is suitable for distributing liquid fertilizer and ensures the uniformity and precision of flux.
