Abstract :
Zebrafish behavior observation system is more and more popular recently, for it offers better imaging and more accurate tracking results of zebrafish behavior. In this paper, we design the illumination system by using infrared radiation (IR) LEDs in zebrafish behavior observation system through theoretical analysis and simulation. Then the illumination system is implemented and tested. The experiment results demonstrate that it meets the requirements of intensity and uniformity of the images, which ensure the recording of zebrafish behavior.
