Abstract
Impedance fluctuations of graphene is measured by lock-in amplifier. It is found that both the real part and the imaginary part of the impedance show 1/f fluctuations. This result suggests that both mobility fluctuation and carrier density fluctuation are occurred in graphene. It is also found that the normalized carrier density fluctuation surpassed mobility fluctuation.
