Abstract
In this paper, the quality of service (QoS) metrics and user demand model are established in high altitude platforms (HAPs) broadband communication network. A methodology of mobile base station placement is proposed with QoS and user demand guarantee for the first time. Besides, the HAPs placement optimization framework is established by optimizing the design vector (DV) to maximize network capacity per cost (NCPC). In addition, the optimization model and improved artificial immune algorithm based on immune review (IAIAIR) are designed. Simulation results show that the proposed placement method can effectively solve the problem of mobile base station layout in HAPs broadband network.
