Abstract :
We have analytically described broadband SHG in GaAs crystal having hyperbolic upper surface profile. The SHG analysis in ppp polarization domain shows simulation results of enhanced 3dB bandwidth of 880nm with improved conversion efficiency of 1.3% around 8μm-10.5μm, considering reflection and absorption losses.
