Optimization Model of Information Flow in Power Grid Engineering Construction Projects Based on Improved DSM

Logistics management is becoming the focus of power grid construction projects increasingly. Optimization of information flow which is the core of logistics management are receiving more and more attention. In this paper, we optimize information flow of power grid construction project based on DSM. On the basis of analyzing the information flow characteristics, we improved the DSM to imply it in the process of information follow optimization in power grid construction projects.
