Abstract :
When spacecraft is running on the geostationary earth orbit(GEO), because of space plasma environment effect and the irradiation influence of high energy electron, the surface and depth of dielectric materials can be charged, these factors can affect the normal operation of spacecraft greatly. In this paper, the matrix resin Polyimide(PI) was modified by adding micron powder filler into, and a new type of modified polyimide (PI) composite materials were developed, we had a non-linear conductivity test. The results showed that the micro-powder particles could be distributed in the Polyimide(PI) matrix uniformly, and the nonlinear conductivity threshold Ey of modified PI composite materials was reduced by 50% than the pure PI, the non-linear characteristic was well, At the same time, the non-linear conductivity mechanism of modified PI composites had been carried on the discussion preliminarily.
