Abstract :
This paper presents a wideband LNA that employs a noise cancellation structure. It covers the frequency band from 500 kHz to 1.4 GHz. To make this structure more power efficient, a push-pull technique is exploited. Simulation results show that a minimum noise figure (NF) of 1.75dB is achieved. The push-pull technique reduces the power consumption and die area. It draws 12 mA current from 1.8V voltage supply with a core area of 0.11 mm2.
