Abstract :
This paper proposes a sinusoidal quadrature oscillator employing Differential Difference Current Conveyor Transconductance Amplifier (DDCCTA). The features of the proposed circuit are that: its oscillation frequency can be adjusted via corresponding input bias currents; it can provide quadrature signals which differ 90 degree in phase without any oscillation condition; simpler structure due to containing only one DDCCTA and three grounded passive elements; based on using inverting and non-inverting integrators; and operation in current-mode. The proposed circuit is then suitable for IC architecture. The PSpice simulation results are depicted, and the given results agree well with the theoretical anticipation.
