Synthesis of nonstationary plane by a given frequency spectrum of the reflected field

Solved the problem of synthesis of an inhomogeneous nonstationary plane by given nonspecular direction with the required frequency spectrum. Found in an explicit form the reflection coefficients and the distribution law of the passive impedance, providing the required scattering properties. Placed limits on the class of implemented scattering diagrams using passive structure with time-varying parameters. Researched few particular cases.
