Abstract :
This paper presents regular method for improving the quality indices of 2D code control systems with respect to minimizing of redundancy and complicity of the systems based on the “perfect” combinatorial configurations prospected from 2D torus cyclic groups, namely the concept of 2D Ideal Ring Bundles (IRBs).
