Abstract :
The paper discusses the simulated analysis of a 50Ω CPW fed slot with embedded meander line. The antenna offers approximately 16% miniaturization. The structure is designed to resonate at 3.67GHz i.e. Mobile WiMAX band. The percentage bandwidth essentially remains the same as the reference antenna. The return loss, impedance matching and radiation characteristics of the antenna are studied.
