Abstract :
The paper presents a solution for the analysis of operational states belonging to technical equipment whose exploitation regime is majority logic redundant “two of three”. Modest assessments, without technical foundation, oftenly lead to mistaken conclusions. A technical approach, based on instant analysis, also can be a consequence of significant distorsions from the true functional evolution of technical entities. The method of the expertons, proposed by this study, based on a group of experts, offers an image of the real operational capabilities, but the results are valid only for the moment of the analysis. The same conclusion can be achieved also by the consultation of the the documents related to the operationality of those technical facilities. The functional evolution, based on the behaviour throughout time of the equipments and the stochastic analysis through the quantification of the entropic degradation trend, makes possible a true knowledge of their operational capabilities.
