Abstract :
We present the design of a InGaAs/InP tunable RCE photodetector for the wavelength of 1550 nm. A coupled resonator with two Bragg mirrors has been used to get a broader resonator mode, so that the whole tuning range is enhanced by the cavity. The conditions for the efficient operation of a highly selective tunable photodetector are discussed.
