Abstract :
The effect intensity of the traditional buffer operator is not always consistent with practice, which leads to the problem that the effectiveness of the buffer operator is not satisfactory. This paper attempts to construct weakening and strengthening variable weight buffer operators based on the average growth rate, and analyzes the link between the regulation degree of the buffer operator and their variable weights. Furthermore, this paper discusses the optimization of this kind of buffer operator by particle swarm optimization method, and finds that the adjustment degree of variable weight buffer operators keeps a same direction with the variable weights coefficient. Moreover, their flexibility in controlling intensity is much better than the traditional buffer operator. Finally, we take the productive service industry output value from 2008 to 2012 as a regional example. It is verified that the effectiveness of these buffer operators with variable weights is validated.
