Abstract :
The Butterworth band-pass filter using a leap-frog Gm-C structure for implantable cardiac pacemaker and ECG micro-stimulator applications is proposed. The filter is targeted for an intermediate frequency (IF) receiver. Fully differential operational trans-conductance filter is proposed, allowing the circuit to work over a large frequency range. The single-to-differential converter before the filter is designed in order to provide differential output for filter usage and RF front-end circuit for implantable biomedical device. This proposed has built in near-infrared laser-driven (NIRLD) might be a promising wireless electrical power source for biomedical nano devices power saving.
