Abstract :
In this paper, the efficiency of Conformal Strongly Coupled Magnetic Resonant (CSCMR) systems under various of misalignment conditions is reported. Compared to traditional SCMR systems, CSCMR systems exhibit higher efficiency and are less sensitive to the alignment between the transmitter (TX) and the receiver (RX). A novel misalignment insensitive CSCMR system with three identical orthogonal transmitters is presented here. This system can have wide applications in charging mobile and other communication devices.
