  • Abstract
    An on-chip fractal bow-tie antenna to be used as part of a wireless high-speed communication system is presented. The antenna has been succesfully fabricated in the IHP SG13 process and its overall chip area is approximately 1mm2. The influence of fill structures placed on the chip due to fabrication requirements is investigated.
