  • Abstract
    We report on a wave length-selective polarization rotating reflector using a partially-etched asymmetric Bragg grating on a silicon-on-insulator strip waveguide that has a maximum polarization-extinction-ratio greater than 27 dB and a 3-dB bandwidth of 2.6 nm.
