Abstract :
Depending on the complexity, bandwidth utilization, power and size of the device, different types of antenna designs are needed. This paper presents work of band reject MIMO antenna to avoid interference between bands for various combinations of wireless applications such as Wi-Fi, Wi-max, Bluetooth etc. Within microwave S and C bands. The proposed work deals with the design of a MIMO antenna which can be used for ultra wideband applications with rejection of the WiMAX (3.0 - 3.9 GHz), WLAN (5.625 - 6.38 GHz) and X band downlink (6.7 - 7.7 GHz) to avoid interference. In this paper with decoupling element, which is often placed between the antennas to acquire good isolation and band rejection of interfering frequency has been achieved.
