Abstract :
In communication, multi-channel signal detection and selection is very essential as it is used in every aspect of our practical life, such as telecommunication, radio and television channel detection and selection, multiple device control etc. Now-a-days telecommunication or Internet service provider companies are providing their service not only with their subscription fee but also with selling their devices. To get some specific facilities from a particular service provider, user has to use the device that is provided by them. These devices from individual service provider companies are an additional financial burden for users. This paper deals with this kind of predicament and gives a computer-generated solution using the Simulink simulation suit with android based voice controlled system. This simulated scheme can cope with any system to change channel, to select a specific channel signal from multi-channel signals and to pass command to a device via assigned channel to control that device. The paper reports a simulated control system on simulink which response with voice command. The voice command is carried via Bluetooth from an Android with app installed. The simulated system detects and selects a channel from multichannel signals according to voice command. The main feature of this proposed system is, the system setting is not dependent on the user and it will set settings according to the voice command. The system is very much helpful to those users who are handicapped or got any kind of physical disorder. It can also make our daily chores easier.
