  • Abstract
    One of the most important requirements for grid-connected inverters is an accurate control of the line currents. Applying the “switched diamond hysteresis control (SDHC)” to multilevel inverters combines the advantages of both techniques and is an enabling step towards a better inverter performance than using state of the art controllers. The hypotheses are further investigated in a real hardware test setup. Experimental results proof the excellent dynamic of the SDHC control algorithm.
