Abstract :
A new generation aircraft will be core power for the global strategic demands, tactics capabilities, and mission organizing. The aircraft´s mission system is an important part of the global awareness and vigilance, the global reach and confront and the global power. The paper uses the butterfly effect principle, describes the basic concepts of new generation of aircraft mission, a theoretical mission system construction method which based complex systems theory, uncertain system theory, and energy maneuver theory is put forwarded. Further, strategic cloud for strategic vision and capability organization, tactical cloud for mission goal and energy organization, task cloud for field object and power organization are discussed to make a high view to guide how to developing next generation aircraft.
