  • Abstract
    This paper aims to present a new methodology to implement and bill cloud solutions based on the requirements provided by the telecom operators. Currently customers have a fixed availability service level agreement and the pay by usage is based only on quantitative hardware measures like CPU, RAM or disk space. The new method is based on adaptive quality of service and a billing method directly linked it.
