Abstract :
People are the core of service. An in-depth study on one of the four factors in service design´ stakeholder was launched in this work. According to the attributes of service and stakeholder, it´s pointed out that people in service design refer to all the individuals and organizations having interest relationships with service system, which involves complex relationships. The power and interest of each stakeholder, the relationships between stakeholders and the relationships between stakeholders and service system were analyzed in detail. The applications of the analysis result as a method to the process of service design were exposited briefly.
